Hey,
For set-ups have a look here: http://www.cmldistribution.co.uk/team_setup.php Generally it would be 35wt oil and blue springs up front with 30wt and silver springs in the rear. You'll want to add weight on the front and rear bulkheads, about 30grms up front and 20grms in the rear. You may want to add more weight, around the servo or the battery strap. But it should give you a good starting point. MiCk B. :-)

Is 30g up front enough to stop the wheelies? I have 55g under the servo and 20g on the front bulkhead and still pull wheelies with my 7.5brushless?!

It should be enough to minimise wheelies. Have you checked that you have your slipper set correctly? Also are you jamming the throttle from a standing start or feeding it in? MiCk B. :-)
