Question Tekin rs/pro Difference

Hi
I'm just wondering what the differences are between the two.
I'm planning to run a 6.5t motor in my fs2, i don't really want to spend the extra for a pro if its not really needed.
Will the rs be quick enough to compete??

Steve

I think the only difference is the motor limit.

I think the pro has an extra row of fets to help the cooling also

Whiskers is correct, its the motor limit. The Pro has twice as many FETs and can handle any wind. In 4wd off road i'd recomend the Pro especially in the uk on the high bite surfaces we have.

The Pro is slightly taller due to the extra layer of Fets but they both have the same footprint.

Hope that helps

Kev

My advice is go for the Pro.
I have a RS Pro in my 4wd and it can become quite hot with a 6.5, to the point of thermalling if I have too much timing/not enough air flow/tight transmission. I'm now using a fan on it and it's fine.

The regular RS is perfect for 2wd though.
