hi guys ive got a scrt today
![]() ![]() Is it posable to gear it down, I dont mind losing some top speed, just as long as it doesnt over load the motor and cut out every 2 minutes? |

you could try turning down the power on your ezrun, gearing down and what not, but unfortunately, these need an 8th brushless unit to run right.

You have the wrong equipment for the application.
It's like trying to power a monster truck with a morris minor engine. That speedo/motor combo would be ideal for you madrat but is sound like your asking a little to much of it. Especially with a 5.5, if you want to kepp to speedo try putting a milder motor in it. |

The 5.5t motor is only suitable for onroad cars with that speedo.

so what do i need witch is good but cheap
![]() can i get away with just buying the speedo or just the motor or will i need both has any one got a setup plz note im just 14 and havnt got the money to buy these 400 pound cars ![]() ![]() ![]() butif u could help me id be very happy ![]() |
