Any recommendations for high-speed bearing lube? What are people using e.g. Avid, LRP etc? Cheers

ZX1 is the best I've ever used. cheap and the bearings once lubed run for bloody ages.

Royal Oil is ace, but I seem to use some Orion thing I've had in my pit box since the beginning of time...

But, I'm bad at oiling bearings, I usually forget...

...or try Finish Line Cross Country Wet Lube for bicycle chains - fully synthetic and much less cost at £6 a bottle that will last years. Works best for our bearings as it takes loads well. HTH
