Default Problems problems problems

Last week I went to my 1st club night and never got to race as my signal from my tx to my rx would not last more than 3 metres, that's all sorted so I went last night did one heat and now the motor will not go unless you physically move the wheels first it's a brand new fusion exceed 10.5t, we tried a new sensor wire on it, all the conections are spot on but it just doesn't want to know!!! Back to wheel spin models tomorrow to sort it out I'm really starting to think its just not worth the hassle

Please do not think it is a waste of time or effort as you will get it sorted and you will enjoy racing.
It does sound like a motor sensor issue and they should sort that out for you under warrenty.
The only advise I give anyone is to buy a good ESC. If it is expensive then it means it normally will last.
LRP/Nosram are top of the list, anything else will not last.
Batteries are batteries and motors are motors but ESc's are very critical.
If you need any advise on the Ansmann brand then please do not hesitate sending me a PM as I am a Works Sponsored driver for them and I will help out the best I can.
Thanks

.

What about Speed Passion ESC's there awasome and "last" as you put it.

It might be the sensor port in the esc, which need replacing. Have you tried the car without the sensor to see if it still does the same?

Mark, it's LogicRC that deal with warranty claims on the Fusion equipment. Ask for Stuart on; 01992558226

Just out of curiosity, what voltage was you running the combo off?

Phoned them up at and spoke to Stewart and he reckons by the sound of it a pole or something in the esc has dropped, so I'll send it off Monday morning 1st class but it will be touch and go if I get her back for Thursday, but I got to say even though it was only 1 heat I did it was pretty good fun p.s thanks for the help last night dude much appreciated
