raced against it on sunday, looked like it needed more development, there front end is the interesting bit ,it was described as floating on 4 ball joints ,the car looked like it was unbalanced with plenty of low speed steering but unstable under power from the pod.my dad recorded the finals ,il get him to upload the video and put the link on here,u can judge for yourself and watch it go,add to the mystery

Yes mate we tested @ ardent 2 weeks ago and went round on rails, Shame myself and Isherwood had the same issues all day. Great at the start then the additive played havok.
Never mind we plod on and iam sure the drivers will make there own judgements.

@ MardaveUK

does cutting the tops of the red ball joints free them up?

are u proposing thes cars race in a seperate class or are u going to do upgrade kits ?
if ur having the chassis redone for the front end how about a series of holes for the front bumper so u can move them to adjust to the body
or move the holes for the body mount holes back 5mm so u can get the steering arms straight,i noticed u had different ballcups on ,does this do away with the issue,
not having a pop at u or the car ,just thought while ur on here and modifying the car that theres a few small tweeks u could address while not costing huge development and molding costs

Steve all points taken and i will sort best i can. As for ball cups they are a little tight from new so i cut tops of which helps. if i reduce tightness then my worry is they will pop of in the contact section of our kits.
Cheers
Chris
And yes there will be a upgrade kit

awhile ago on another forum i saw a thread about a pro's tc car which he had left with a friend for the weekend (bad idea)any way this fela's brother took some pics of his car and uploaded them anyway more to the point the shell was sat right back and wheel arches cut further forward in the shell to give more down force on the front wheels this may be worth a try with this new kit your making to give it more down force over the front wheels producing more steering in corners etc.
