Default Aren't maggots ace.....

Last night me and the missus thought, 'sod cooking we'll go and get something quick to do from the supermarket'

So we went down to tesco's and purchased one of their lovely pre-cooked hot chickens, and some 'slap in the microwave' veg and mash.

Got home started to cut through the chicken, only to see two maggots in the carcas of the chicken.

hmmmm, nice.

needless to say we didn't feel like havingthe chicken after that.

Dead, cooked, maggots presumably? Not that it makes it acceptable, just trying to figure out, at what stage the maggots got there.

I got a bag of prepared salad with a dead moth in from Tesco once. Annoyingly I didn't notice it until after I opened it. As it was I took it back. I was asked if I wanted a replacement, I replied, "At the very least!". I got £10 vouchers as well. If I hadn't opened the packet I might have hung out for more, but I didn't have proof that it was there when I bought it.

Probably more nutrition in those two maggots than a chicken anyway !! Probably charge you extra for that !!!

It's a cross between a cat and a maggot, it's a very strange creature indeed.
I like them.

Ah okay - thanks for clearing that up for me. I knew I should have paid more attention in biology classes.
