Racer Magazine App?
Hi Chaps, Just wondering if any off the oople gang has tried the Racer Magazine App?
I like the idea of it as my LHS only does Rrci magazine and some of the WH Smith I have been to don't stock it  It's a shame more Smiths don't stock it but the app could be a good way forward for those who find it hard to get.

I got it, but I really dislike it. I know its easy then having to trek to WHSmiths but I don't think it is a replacement to the paper version. I dont like having to keep zooming in and out all the time, I thought that it would be ok but then it just got annoying.

yeah i've got the app, its a fairly slick job, but pointless on the iphone, its just too small to "flick through" properly. i imagine that it would be a lot better on the ipad.
never had a problem getting it from smiths, they always sell out quickly though.

I saw the app on an iPad today and it was superb.
Easy to flick through page by page but also easy to pull up a mini slider bar of the pages so you could go directly to any page in the magazine. The Zoom tools are as easy as you'd expect from anything running apple OS. So easy to use - I now need to find the money to buy the iPad. Really nice idea from Racer / ADH - well done chaps
