Angry Really need help!!! Range/Interference isuues.

Got my new truggy a few weeks ago. Awesome bit of kit. Was nitro now converted to brushless. For some reason the range seem to be really crap. Can only get about 30 feet away and my car takes of on its own. Got no idea why. I've posted about this on here before. Followed everybodys advise and made sure the antenna wire is not running with anything else. Still gor the same issues. The radio gear was used in my DF03 and I never had any issues with it. Also thaught it was the servo so used the same servo as I did in the DF03 but this didn't make a difference either. Here is a few pictures of the layout.

Please help!!!

Get the aerial tube closer to the receiver. Ideally you don't want any of the receiver wire on the metal chassis.

+1

also use a plastic mount for the ariel tube rather than what looks to be a metal item

+2.... metal chassis and hoffing great motor on metal motor mount to chassis. get that aerial right next to the reciver in plastic mount, also you ahve all those metal drive shafys going into metal cups clatering around, nasty for radio gear

If you still get probs you may need to put the RX back in a radio box with the aerial mont as part of the box.

Thanks everyone for your advice. Everything made sense. So I thaught I've got a radio box, I'll use it. Now it looks like this with the receiver in the radio box and aerial mounted on the radio box. Now I'm really confused. It made no difference what so ever. What else can it be???
If I go 2.4Ghz will it definately work or will I still have the same issue??? Could it be the speed controller??? Although its a new Mtroniks esc. Please help!!!
