With so much talk around various forms of insurance going on I was wondering how many people actually got seriously hurt by RC cars. I'm not talking about a Friday night beer fueled parking lot session where you tried to see how many of your fat mates bellies you can clear jumping the beer crate (been there and done that!
![]() ![]() ), I am talking proper accidents that required medical assistance.![]() Anyone ever actually see anything serious happen? Personally I have never seen a serious accident in RC. I heard of someone's foot being broken when hit by a 1/8 nitro buggy at full speed but it's nothing more than hearsay so... over to you... |

A driver at DHD broke his ankle when marshalling last year, he stepped on a track marking, not sure what the outcome was though.....

If you are a BRCA member it's included in your membership as far as I know. It's non-BRCA members that are not covered.
