Hi,
I'm just sorting out a list of some bits for a B4.1 Team that I'm ordering and I'm probably going to use a SP speedo and motor but not sure which turn yet, won't be lower than 6.5t. I've used the SP GT2.0 Pro in a TC with 13.5t. What would be the best one to use in the B4.1 would the GT2.0 LPF be ok or do I need the larger GT or the newer GT2.1 EX ? I would like to use the LPF as they can be bought quite cheap now. Thanks. |

I use the LPF without a fan on my B4 and 8.5 SP motor. Its fine.
I would not recommend lower than a 7.5 motor in a 2wd, its more than enough. HTH Mark

Ok thanks, I'm new to off road wasn't sure what turn I would need but looking around the net and 6.5 was the lowest I've seen with 2wd so I just put that in the first post
![]() What turn motor would be a good starting point ? i've also been recommended 8.5 or 7.5. Is the blue SP speedo the same as the blue on the B4.1 ? it's got to match and look good ![]() Thanks. |

Yeah I know, I meant is the Blue colour of the SP the same blue as the anodizing on the B4.1 car.

S.A.W, i also use the SP speedo's and motors (V3's) The LPF would be sufficiant for 2WD. I use the GT but that was only because i wanted it to match the one in my 4WD ( incase it went wrong, i could swop between the 2 cars )
![]() Motors, i use the 6.5 in my 4wd plenty quick enough for me. 2WD 7.5 or 8.5 dependent on track. Hope this helps
