Default Tekin / Nosram / SP

Looking at recommendations for the 410R ESC wise.

I've got a LPF at the moment, but thinking of changing to the Tekin RS or getting the Nosram ISTC for JE spares.

Motor will be a 7.5 V3, maybe a 6.5
