Hi all,
I'm thinking of getting an S2 conversion kit with a xxx-cr donor car..quick question...I understand that there are 2 configurations LHD & RHD, i also understand that one of the configurations requires a motor that can utilise reverse rotation...question is whats the pros and cons of each config please? LHD or RHD for a S2 new comer? Thank you in advance for any kind information... Can't wait to join the ranks of Atomic owners soon ![]() cheers guys ![]()

I think you mean the CR2
![]() Go for the LHD one with the added idler gear on the motor plate. |

It is a choice between a 3 (RHD) and 4 (LHD with extra idler) gear system. The 4 gear option has more traction and I don't find the open idler to be a big problem at all. And besides, the LHD is cheaper and almost everyone runs it
