Default XX4 Ackerman??

I know this is a bit of a noob XX4 question, but.....

Which is the best setting for the ackerman inside or outside?

I've looked at a few cars and setups and both are used.

Any help will be much appreciated.

Cheers

Brett

Use the one that makes it steer properly, not the one that makes it go:

Push, push, push, push, push, hook!

If there is one that is.....

sorry guys, at least from what iv'e been told and what i've read, it doesn't look like there is any ackerman adjustment on the xx4(from looking at Jimmy's review car) The only adjustment there is different holes for the steering drag link. In this case, the inside hole would provide more throw before the steering assembly would hit the Diff adjustment plates. If you run the inside hole, you will have to shorten the turnbuckles, and there may not be room for that. I think that The car is fine on the outside hole, and doesn't need any more steering.
