I asked him about combining the P&P on an additional sheet of stickers and he wanted to charge me another £1. he was already overcharging for a single sheet anyway!

Sellers reply to dispute!!!!!

Not surprised at all

Hello The items were sent after us reciving payment for the items. As you can see the item was sent via Royal Mail recorded. It states in there terms and cons, on there own website, that the item cannot be concluded lost or stolen, until 14 working days after the item was sent. We arent able to claim for the item either until 14 days have gone by after posting. We sorry for any hassle you have caused, but here isnt much more we can do, once we hand the packet over to the Post office. As postage costs are clearly shown on every listing. If you wasnt happy with the costs, why did you buy the items? regards"

In ALL fairness, he is correct in what he says, it has gone recorded (do you have the tracking number), and once it is out of his hands, there isn't much he can do. If he wanted to, he could send out a replacement, but then he has to rely on you to return the other item, if it turns up. So really, he isn't being 'unfair' he is just not bending over backwards.

He has given me a number yes and ive tried it and all it says as expected is that its not been delivered yet.

He has contricted himself this afternoon in a message he sent me!

He said "i would get banned from ebay and wouldnt be able to sell on here if i didnt have the items in stock to send out"!

In the same message he said that the gears have sold out very quickly and hes not got any left! Strange that he has cancelled the auction isnt it before it actually finished!

Ive also asked him for the bill/piece of paper with the reference number on it scanning and emailing to me so i can see my address and postcode and so i know its definetly gone! His reply was he doesnt have one!

And on top of that, how hard can it be to make a number up???????

I personally dont think hes sent them and is trying to back track using a different number! Seems a bit strange the same thing happened to Sly above with the same gears!

Just bought from this Guy via eBay but have only just noticed this thread otherwise I wouldn't of bothered.
I've only ordered a Spur and slipper pads, but it's now been 3 days and they're still not here.
I know it's still early days, but he can't even be bothered replying to messages via eBay as to whether or not the parts have been posted.

ive bought from him twice 1st time was fairly slow the second even slower that was dispatch times think he posts once a week to save trips to the post office and save money.but when it says 1-2days for dispatch and 2-3days for delivery thats what makes you buy from them if your in a rush for the parts.
