Default Novak GTB in a 2WD buggy

Going to buy my first 2WD buggy soon. A Losi XXX-Cr or a B4 (can't decide which one yet but that's another problem). Then I also need a good BL-system and I fell for the Novak GTB system, it's also little cheaper than the LRP System. But I'm worried about if it will not fit in a 2WD buggy. It looks like it's a bit too high with the fan. Can I simply just take off the fan from the ESC or do I get any kinds of heatproblems then?

And another thing too. Which turn should I buy? A 7.5, 6.5 or 5.5 for a 2WD buggy?

Thanks

You have to take the fan off and mount it on the chssis standing on its side pointing toward sthe speedo.

As for motor a 7.5 or a 6.5 a 5.5 will be to fast.

P.S. Get a b4

Or you can cut a hole in your shell for the fan to sit through, better cooling. Try a 7.5 at first, you can always swap it.

P.s. Get a B4

And how would you do that on a B4/losi without extra bits? Much easier to have a little hole in your shell or fan attached to the chassis instead.

What the hell are you on lazer boy do you know what a b4 looks like there isnt any where to mount it. Also josh the problem with a hole is if someone crashes into the side of you it may break the fan.
