Default Your first real car crash

Having started the What was your first real car post in June 2009 I found this photo of my then prized and loved Vauxhall Victor 2000 SL
in its final resting state after my first crash.
Up a 6" kerb through a 8 foot hedge, through a small tree through a garden wall and killed about 6 garden gnomes. Both sides of the car looked like that and the steering developed a 30 degree toe out attitude.
Anyone else got any disaster pictures or stories of their first crash. How old were you at the time?
This post is not to glorify idiotic driving but to warn all the young lads out there what might happen to their motor if like me 18 at the time, get a bit heavy with the right foot.
It was heartbreaking to see her towed away to the scrap yard as this car is still the fastest road legal car ever made 0-60 in 1 sec 2000bhp dont believe me look this up

Volvo 240 saloon - passenger doors over by the gearstick, and no boot left - furthest thing rearwards was the back axle........

....but this was Mildenhall Stadium and a 2 litre banger race

Default Which one ?

Which one? lol

How about the one where i was driving Budfish's (oople member) 323i BMW racing Mattb(oople member) in his Nova SR...

Doing nicely until we came to a slightly slippy bend at god knows what speed (well i do but i wont mention it on here) anyways i lost the asse end and ended going sideways through a bustop! Mattb hit a signpost which uprooted and his Nova ended up sat on top of the concrete base about 3 foot in the air! still remember seein him open the door and fall down the hole created!!

Or how about being in Budfish's Nova - coming to a left turn at around 60 Budfish throws the handbrake on at least 60 yards before the bend and im thinking wooo what you doing!...continues do do a lovely skid straight down the road fag in one habd and the other on the wheel....would have been perfect though unfortunately just as we came to the turn the cars slowing down (remember full right lock on at this point) and he just couldnt manage to get the lock off in time (probably due to the large cirgette he had in his hand) so as the car gets traction its whipped right and whacks stariaght into a dry stone wall !!!

Must amdit best handbrake slide i have ever seen Budfish !!

Course this was 18 years ago - now we all drive like old men (ok maybe apart from Budfish!!)

mine was a square shape vw polo estate. it ended up with the back axle at least a foot over to the passenger side. it still ran but the battery was dead so i had to bump start it. but this was a banger at layhams farm track. shame it closed really as it was alot of fun down there.

Coming down my street at boy racer speeds in my AX-GT (first car) i attempted to turn right to go into where my garage is and the steering linkage snapped the car went straight on knocking a neighbours front wall down.

oops!
