whoops! Its what you get for assembling a diff when you've had one to many pints!

What are the part numbers for a XXX-CR diff gear and diff balls?

Thats what happens when you set your diff too loose, it slips creates heat and melts your pullys.
Diff gear is A3036
Diff balls are A6951
Did you have the copper shims under the diff plates?

At that price I wouldn't have thought they were carbide, so won't last 5 minutes.
Is it a genuine XXXcr diff??
Does one of the diff halves have the male tube machined or is it seperate (you can tell as there is NO flat side or D shape where the the diff rings sit).
The diff rings you want are A3039 if it is XXXcr diff.

It may soud stupid but what side have you got the diff screw?
Lokking from the back of the car to the front it should be on the left side.
If it's in the other way round it will loosen itself.

with brushless if being used torque is huge and this is critical also those diff plates with shims a very sound idea gives a safety net on settings
