Laptop to read PC HDD???
Does anybody know if i can get a cable that plugs into my laptop to read data from my old PC?
I know i could network everything up wirelessly etc., but the motherboard in my PC is dead, so i want to get the info off the hard drives onto my laptop with the "minimum" of fuss.... All help will be gratefully received!

Just plug your old hard drive inside it and then usb into your laptop, it will then double as a storage device too

You can buy a USB HDD caddy to slap the drive in, hook it up to your USB and it's mains adaptor and your done.
