Ive just finished watching rctvlive and they featured discharging of cells, they recommended discharging and equalizing your cells after each use! To me that sounded a little too often so i thought i would check before I did anything! Im using GP 4300, I race once a week and about twice a month at events!
Any help is appreciated! Thanks Kev |

I discharge atleast once a day................................
![]() ![]() Seriously.... I'd discharge after each run, then recharge to 1000mAh to store for a week. Then before re-using them, discharge and then equalize. Let them cool, then charge fully. |

During a national or regional with plenty of time between heats I discharge and equalise every run (discharge at 20A down to 1v per cell then use Novak Smart Tray down to 0.9v per cell), but during club meetings I don't bother and just discharge and equalise at the end of the day and then put 1000mah in to store.
