Sunday 28th March

Just some house keeping for this Sunday:

1. I cannot make it so I need a volunteer to take the computer and timing gear down.

2. Not necessarily the same person as 1., but I need someone to accept responsibility for the keys and locking up after racing is finished.

3. Sunday is the last day we have available to clear the cupboards of all our gear, so if we don't want it skipped then it must go in the garage or be taken away.

Sunday gone we cleared most of the big heavy stuff out of the sports hall cupboard, but it needs checking and the remaining stuff clearing. The most important thing is to make sure the shower cupboard is cleared of all the speaker equipment, printer, club cars etc.

Post on this thread or PM me if you will volunteer for any of the above.

Provisional volunteer here, Ill confirm tonight, as Im away in the caravan this weekend, but should be back by Sunday tea time.

Hi Ian,

I can take the equipment on Sunday... however,

there is no time left to collect it from your house.

I cant leave the house tonight, as Poppy will be asleep and Sarah is out.
And tomorrow, Im away in the caravan until sunday teatime.

Any chance either you could drop it off at my house tonight (don't knock loudly and wake Poppy), or could B4Pete collect it and take it to Seaham.
