What type of attachment are you trying to open?
New window sizes and shapes are usually separately defined for each application. For instance, A new text document might open in Notepad, so those settings are usually held in the Windows Registry. The way around might be to - identify the application - open the same document type outside Outlook Express and then resize the window - close that document - try again in Outlook Express This is just a first guess at a solution to the problem - it's not guaranteed, as it could be something more obscure, but try that and let me know if it sorts it out. If it's really getting on your buttons, give me a call; I'm fairly sure I can find the cause. But please note that I do do this for a living and can't give free advice! (But my charges are very very reasonable!). |
