Question outlook express help

occasionally opens like the attached picture, anyone know why??

I'm able to resize but would like to know why it does it

I'm using Vista Home

It's not an o0ple issue as it does this over other websites or programs that I have open

What type of attachment are you trying to open?

New window sizes and shapes are usually separately defined for each application.

For instance, A new text document might open in Notepad, so those settings are usually held in the Windows Registry.

The way around might be to
- identify the application
- open the same document type outside Outlook Express and then resize the window
- close that document
- try again in Outlook Express

This is just a first guess at a solution to the problem - it's not guaranteed, as it could be something more obscure, but try that and let me know if it sorts it out.

If it's really getting on your buttons, give me a call; I'm fairly sure I can find the cause. But please note that I do do this for a living and can't give free advice! (But my charges are very very reasonable!).
