Onroad tires for D4

I am wondering if I can throw some other tires onto the D4 and make it a parking-lot racer? I have never been a fan of the touring class due to the unrealistic ground clearance (for normal street playing) and do not like the look of the truck category. I used to mount foam/sponge tires onto my Kyosho Optima (yes long time ago) for parking lot racing, and imo, that was the funnest, most practical way to run on a parking lot.

What tires (rubber or sponge) would fit on the D4 that would be suitable for parking lot racing?

Proline do some 'dirt hawg' tires or something like that, they might be pretty cool.

Wonder why they have a more appropriate tires for the 1:8 buggy class, but not the 1:10.

Do the 1:10 truck tires/wheels fit the 1:10 buggy?

I think that Schumacher do some buggy sized on road tyres that are advertised for the rascal truck.
