Looking at ordering one for the Cougar anyone else running the LPF? I don't want to spend GT money as it'll be running an 8.5

I was in same situation. Just bought a 120a Hobbywing xerun speedo and 8.5t motor off ebay for £106 delivered- basically the gt pro and a new motor (both sensored) for not a lot of money. Perfect for when my cougar gets here

not the same as a speed passion? I just brought a LPF and I trought is the same speedo just rebached with SP name, they use the same LCD programing box and firmware (maybe the latest firmware is wrote to work with SP only), Also the mamba pro at 125 is a good option also. |

the specs are all different , the LPF is 80A cont. and 440A burst, the model that comes close to this one is 60A cont. and 360A burst plus its 20g heavier than the SP , so cannot be rebadged unless they just pop a lead weight inside
