Default Ultimate RC venue

If money was no object(someone had won the euro millions rollover 80 million or so should do)what would you like to see in a venue. Heres a few i would like to see.
Indoor large US style dirt track with retractable roof like the millenium stadium for when we do get good weather.
Indoor pitting with permenant tables with power points.
RC shop, cafe and bar on site.
50" plasma screens in the pitting area with round updates like for your laptop at nationals.
Grand stands for watching the racing.
Showres for national weekends.

Now Im thinking more of an RC Mega-Drome with Tarmac track, carpet track, and Mulit surface track all indoors, with indoor pitting, with full on bench's, power, live update screens at every table and in the viewing areas. Good shop and on site chippy and curry house, as well as enough room for a good campsite or cheap dorm style rooms.

Oh and nearly forgot, a good bar!!

An outdoor multisurface track, with indoor pitting with all the bells and whistles such as power, heating/aircon, shop and good food with a nice bar.

Inside with the pitting a nice indoor clay track, american stylee.
got to have some form of entertainment ala bull ride etc, vrc stands with controllers fitted to play against others when not on the track.

sleeping accomodation??? could be good for weekend events.. but it'd have to be pretty big.. but as id won the lotto i'd not care club for night life!

ok im talking over the top.. but it'd be frickin ace.

Buy/build a big hotel and have tracks in the basement and the hotel grounds. You would then have a profitable track and hotel...

I'd also have a big huge garage with my "big" cars in too... if money was no object of course...
