Smile Need some help on RB5

I love this forum. I've been looking at posts for awhile now and there is so much info it's great!
I'm a total noob when it comes to setting up a car correctly. I usually build it according to the manual and I don't deviate from it much. I only bash, no racing at all.

So i have a few setup questions regarding my Kyosho RB5(not SP)...
1. When i take a turn the tire rubs the bottom of the wing so before i start tweaking the settings i wanted to know how i should approach this.
Do i need to look at my shocks? springs? shock oil?

2. my steering sucks! i've played with the steering trim on the radio but i'm just not getting the tight radius i really like. I probably could upgrade the servo but before i do that i wanted to know what settings i should check to improve the turning radius.

Any help is much appreciated!!

Thanks Neil for a quick reply!
I attached a picture. I hope it helps!
I'm using a Futaba FM 2PL with a Futaba S3010 Servo.
Do you think a CC Bec would help?
thanks!

I get wing rub all the time. I have my wing set up as high as it goes and it still rubs. It is nothing to worry about.

It makes that rubbing noise everytime i make a sharp turn. So is that normal or do i need to setup the suspension to be more stiff?

i know that you are only bashing but there are loads of setups in the rb5 setup section. any from there will stiffen the rear up and stop it from collapsing in a turn. pay attention to camber link positions and how many washers are under them, front weight, springs pistons and oils. the road style tyres you are running are also a very large diameter. great for speed but not much help when trying to solve wing rubbing probs. make sure your wing mounts are in the high position as well
