I was thinking of purchasing a new servo and i liked the spec of the Savox Low profile, the torque at 6v is 9kg, is that enough or should i be looking at around 12kg?

I use the Orion VDS1007 (same as savox) with 10kg and its more than enough. It'd probably snap a link before it would stall

I am running mine in a B4, and the main reason is because i liked it was because it was cheap(er) compared to the rest, e.g. orion's.

9kg is plenty! I had 3 8kg/torque 6v KO servos and never had any problems with them at all and had them for a good few years

I'd say that in 2wd anything above 5kg is overkill, I go for the speed. The fast savox/orions are 0.07s and still have 10kg for about £55.

I'll go for the Savox Low Profile one as I don't wanna pay £15 more for 0.02seconds.
