I have just had a really sad email from him, hard as it may be for some people, can he be laid off with the banter for a couple of weeks. He is going through a dark time over the next 24hrs.
If anything be supportive of him.

My best mates ol man passed away last Sunday.
Autum/Winter is a bad time of year for the oldies.
