Cat SX basics! - Help a TV presenter!
Hi Nick from RC Racing here!
As you may know I'm "Having a go" at 10th offroad next weekend at the "King of the Dirt" race Schumacher have very kindly leant me a Phil Booth edition Cat SX So I need a bit of basic help Firstly what are the supplied gears? how many teeth on the Spur and the gears in the "reduction box" - for want of a better term!! Also a good starting ratio for a 7.5 (Nosram) Oh and any other hints / tips would be great! Thanks Nick

hiya nick, for king of dirt go with a 22-23 tooh pinion for the 7.5 with the kit 83 spur, chek on here for grants uk setup as it seems to just work everywhere, if needed i can pm it to you. will have a chat with you on facebook m8 so you can ask any questions you need

Grants setup is very good and I am sure on the day loads of people in the Cat Sx family can be on the end of a mobile for on the spot advice  It will be great to see some 1/10 on your show, shame I won't be there as it clashes with my home tracks winter series, EPR. But great choice of car!!!
