help where to send team orion brushless esc?

hi all today i blew up my orion brushless vortex esc(ori65007) not sure how or wat i did, dont think i reverse wired it but to late now. does anyone no where to send it back to or were to get it repaired??

It would go back to Orion via FDL (UK and French distributor for Orion) and in turn to them via the UK shop you purchased it through originally.

koysho but you have fryed the esc i did the same i tryed sending it back they dont want to know about them . plus your not covered if you burnt it out i tryed and tryed i sent my to france or somewere aboard sent it back say its not covered its down to you, there only cheap anyway its not the pro esc is it

its the shops responseabilty to replace it if its not fit for the purpose you got it fot ie broke they will try to fob you off have none of it

The "shop" (whoever it is in this case) would be expected to get it looked at by Orion or one of their representatives before commiting to giving out a brand new one as a replacment. They have to establish the problem and its cause. Not really a case of fobbing off a customer, just protecting themslves against what potentially might not be a warranty issue at all, it may, it may not, but the fault and problem have to be proven and assessed before a replacement would be issued. That applies to any product really.....
