Charging 11.1v LRP Lipo TX Pack Using Bantam BC6

Im trying to charge my LRP 79980 Lipo pack using my BC6 Dual power charger. I rang Trakpower to ask which board i needed and was advised of the one shown below. Im not convinced its right as the charger comes up with "connection error" when i try and charge it

The small white plug on the lipo fits the 4 pin socket on the board but its not a great fit - have i got the wrong board ! ?

Please take a look at the pics guys and advise me as to which board i need !

rich you still need to connect up the power cables not just the balance lead,u cant charge stright of the balance lead mate

How do i connect the little power plug to the charger then Carl ?

You just need to connect the positive and negative from the transmitter pack to the output of the charger - just like any race pack. If you'd bought a Core RC charger, you would have a lead to do this

However, that aside, i'm not actually convinced that is the right balance port/board either - the connectors don't look the same. There are 2 that are similar, and I think that is what you have - but i don't think they are the same.

As another aside - my LRP transmitter pack isn't keen on being charged any higher than 2A. Not sure if it's the pack or my core charger, bust it tends to do some random stuff if i try to charge higher. 2A and it's spot on.

Have you made an adaptor to connect the 3 pin plug to the BC6 then Matt ? I appreciate that only of the pins are used, guess ill have to hunt around in the garage and see what i can put together

Right - connected it all up as per what you guys say. It now comes up with "battery vol err cell connect"

Im going to ring the place where i got my board from and ask them.
