Default Winter Racing

I know it seems like a long way off, but the last organised club meeting is on the 27 September 2009, so what are people's plans for racing over the winter months?

Are people interested in racing :-

1) at Kellers indoors on a Sunday afternoon / evening if the club will cater for an off road heat?

2) travelling to where ever is hosting a winter series ie Stotfold, Eden Park, Coventry etc?

3) having a winter off?

4) Seeing what the weather is like and racing outside at Rackheath when the weather is good?

Unfortunately I am going to have to sit on the fence ....football commitments....work etc. But for me sellers indoors would work better but still would not be able to do every meet... Like the idea of travelling but don't think I will be able. ...like outdoors but don't want to keep letting you all down. So for me the option has to be kellers

I thought you said you were giving the football up after last season ended!?!?!?

If enough people will go then Kellers is a nice afternoon racing, although it would be good for obvious reasons if more buggy drivers attended.

I think we will carry on through the winter with one meeting a month, as if we have a dry winter we are only talking 4 or 5 meetings before spring. That leaves 3 other sundays to race indoors and if the weather is pants we will just scrap the racing that sunday........unless we all get tamiya lunchboxes, then we can race in any weather..inc snow Yeaaaa

How many people do you get on a average race day, me and my son still can't make are minds up to go for off road, touring car style cars!

Like the buggy style cars more, more choice aswell, but don;t want to spend loads of money for the track to disappear.
