Default Predictions, aspirations and new rides.....

Just thought I would start a thread on the soon to be starting NE outdoor regional season 2007.

Any predictions for a finalists / winners?
Any aspirations?
What cars are people using?

Here's mine:

I think drivers moving upto the A final for atleast one round will be Greg Williams and James Chappell.

Myself, Im hoping to get some consistent B finals in 2WD and hopefully one or two in 4WD

My cars for this season - B4 in 2WD and CAT '98 in 4WD.

Anyone else?

cat 98 !? you crazy man!

I don't know if I will make it to so many regionals this year, possibly as I might be moving to a different country which would make it hard but I certainly hope I can make a B final or two if I can get my act together and prepare properly.

Just runnin a B4 in my first ever year. So far only run in the 540 sealed can class at York, but done fairly well so aspiring to maybe run in some outdoor midified classes without making too much of an ass of myself. Be good to maybe move up an 'F' grade maybe. We'll see.

stick a 19spec motor in it for outdoors mate - they are ideal. I've run a 19 at nationals before, as well as regionals. really easy and smooth to drive and only really loses out on the straights.

This will be my first outdoor season for about 18 years! I'm hoping not to be last and improve through the season. Steady away really.

Cars, B4 in 2wd and either my BX or XX4 in 4wd i still haven't decided hopefully Bury on Sunday will help me make that decision.

This is my first season out too! Really enjoying the club racing. So far I've started small with second hand car, radio gear, batteries etc All of which I've replaced with new items as an when i could afford it. Do you know what I've learned? I'm not getting any faster AND I'm running out of excuses!

Midified? Would that be the motor that plays music on the way round????
