Right here goes. First you need to lock the slipper clutch by tightening the lock nut on the clutch until the spring is fully compressed. Then test the car. If it makes a " squeeling" noise the ball diff needs to be adjusted. I stripped my diff cleaned and inspected all components. I had damaged the plates in the diff by over tightening so i flipped them. I then re-filled the diff with the grease that comes with the kit and re-built it. When its rebuilt try the car. If it "squeels" tighten the diff abit at a time making sure to test it between adjustments. you should end up with no "squeeling" and the car should bust wheelies.(dependent on motor) Then you need to reduce this wheelie buy backing off the slipper clutch an 1/8 of a turn at a time.

I hope this helps

Paul.

build it, lock slipper,
hold both back wheels still, try to turn the spur gear, if it turns, nip up the diff a little (how much comes down to experience).
Once no slip, power up the car, on low throttle, hold one wheel for 10 seconds, then do the same with the other wheel, turn off car.
Check diff tighteness, if ok, set slipper, if not, start again.

Alternately, when building the diff, stick two screwdrivers into the driveshaft slots in the outputs and try and turn the diff gear while holding the two tools to lock the diff.
You will need considerable force to slip the diff if set correctly. You get the hang of it after a while...
