On Xray T2'009:
I'm using my club control wheel/tyre setup of schumacher 20mm wheels/ 20mm mini pin tyres. Do they need to be glued if using on indoor school hall type hard polished surface with 13.5 brushless? |

you sure do. To see what happens if you don't, mark the relative position of the wheels and tyres, then run a heat. See how the tyre moves on the rim. You may also get a tyre partially off a rim. When you do glue, you'll only need a couple of spots.

I ran those tyres a lot in the past and never glued them, never had one come off. This was using the blue inserts, I have seen the odd tyre come off using the soft white inserts.

they might be ok unglued , but if you hear your car making what i like to think sounds like a lightsaber from star wars noise when you go round corners then that is the tyre spinning round on the rim and they will probably need glueing
