almost definitely yes its a bit like getting caught on a motocross bike which also depends on how many of the various infringements they actually do you for! asides from the obvious tax & insurance you could also be shafted for bald tyres non type approved vehicle etc plus the obvious speeding, have you driven one before? they are MENTAL!  plus don't try & get round the tyre issue by using wets as you'd melt a set in 10 minutes in the dry
