What are the difference between the one way diff and the stock ones that come with the worlds kit? Sorry guys but i m new in this things

the kit comes with a diff for the front as standard
the one way uses one way bearing instead of the ball diff action so you get the 4wd under power but the front freewheels off power and under breaking |

I don't understand the benefit of one way diffs. Why would you want to pull the handbrake on when going flat out? 4WD braking has to be better surely
