Default REAL Dual Li-Po Balancer-Charger

Hi,

In order to manage all my LiPo batts I've thought about a REAL dual charger to charge 2 x 2s 7.4v 4400 packs at 2C.

First options are:
Hyperion EOS 615i Duo3
Bantam BC8DX

¿Do they achieve the goal I mentioned?
¿Would I need an specific Power supply?

If so, suggest any other better or cheaper (Both mentioned are really expensive)

Thanks.

How about Protek ICharger 208B?

The only thing that make me doubt is having only 1 charging output nor 2 as Cellpro...Numbers are similar if not better in 208B, and requires almost de same money.

With a PC Power supply would be enough to achieve their top charging specs?

As far as I know all these dual chargers need between 13,8 and 15v to do their best.

Looking for a PSU in lots of online shops I can only find any more than 12v even in expensive PSU's.

¿Any advice about this point?
