Digital Slr book for beginners?

Treated myself yesterday to a nikon d60, to finally get some decent pictures.
This is my first digital slr. Can anyone recommend a good beginners book/ guide.

Off to Scotland on the 19th for a week, to meet family and have some good days out. I want to be able to go prepared and get some good snaps.
