Default Recommend a strong 1/10 buggy?

Hi, I currently have a Lazer ZX5, but am sick of breaking parts on it, now before anyone tells me not to crash, I don't that often, but when I do, something always breaks - suspension arms, hub carriers, shock towers.

Is there a 4wd buggy out there which is viewed on by the majority as stronger than average? Or should I stick to what I know and keep the Lazer...I can change a suspension arm in about 2 mins I reckon...

Funny, I'd put the B44 as the worst car I ever raced since I started back in 1986, its just a horrible car, made of cheese as well

If you want a strong car, take a look at a Yokomo MR-4BX, or maybe a Hotbodies D4.

My BJ4 (non-WE) is pretty tough (good idea to double-up the front shock tower on BJ4s and B44s), but the Tamiya 501X buggies I've seen are built like tanks.

The Tamiya TRF501X is very strong, the wishbones etc. are almost impossible to break. But I wouldn't recommend it to beginners, it is very easy to drive and fast, but its build-up isn't always the easiest way, replacing parts can be a pain in the ass.

I suggest the OP have a look in the Kyosho sub-forum - I read one post about what upgrades the ZX-5 (is this a RTR?) needed, and there was something about simmering the front suspension parts for 10 mins to soften them...!
