Default Acetone or alternative from B&Q

Have people been able to get acetone from B&Q or used an alternative?

(not boiling the wheels in a pan)

Think you get just enough in a little bottle to do about a wheel... Think it's about £3

Your choice...

How do you use that, apply direct to the wheel etc and put the wheels in a sealed container?

Pricey as well..

You put acetone in a sealed container and leave em over night... then remove clean as a whistle..
Oh btw even if you leave them in there for a year it wont affect the structure of the wheels

I get mine from a place in Chichester which is on the A27 just near screw fix direct. The name has escaped me for the moment but they used to produce a kit car years ago. There also used to be an outlet of Strand Glass in Cosham near Sainsburys.
