what size nut driver do I need for the ballcups on a b4? obviously it will need to go over the ball inorder to get to the nut aswell.

also which hex for the pinion grub screw?

Pinion grub screw is 1/16". Bit confused about the other one, do you mean ballstud? If so it is 3/16"

pinions can be 0.050 or 1/16th if imperial, if metric generally 1.5mm

never seen a driver for the ball end

Yes you mean the ball stud, and yes it's 3/16"
