Default CAT SX Springs

Hi Chaps, Just a quick question, is it worth getting the full spring set F+R for the Cat or is it just worth getting the odd few that work? I am going to be racing at EPO, Faversham indoors, Bit of grass stuff at the SE regionals.

I have a Phil Booth Cat so i think it has grey and red fitted as standard.

Mark,
much will depend on how much of a habitual fiddler you are (or want to be)
For EPR, many of the CAT drivers appear to have settled on the spring combo that your version came with - with possibly the option to drop a rate to Red fronts and yellow rears.

Can't really comment for the Fav indoor surface but for outdoor, I doubt if you will move around much from the standard combo unless you feel the need for a fiddle

Thanks for the help! I do like a fiddle now and again but thats a different story! I will leave it as for now and maybe get some Yellow springs for Faversham? I will have a look on Wed to see whats the norm for the indoor stuff.

Although I have never been to Faversham's indoor venue (yet) I think red fronts and yellow rears could help in low grip conditions.
During the winter, I went a grade softer on spring outdoors with good results.

These four springs are the only ones I have ever used so far....
