Will they fit a BJ4WE (small hex in the front wheels) ?

Which color are they (I assume they are plain, not rulux like) ?

you would need to get b44 hex's to run them on the bj4,

They are white. Have loads of bx front wheels so no need for these. Free postage, anybody?
