Why do we seem to use Schuey and BB tyres in the UK and not pro line or losi?

Are the US tyres made for the tracks over there and the uk manufactures make tyres to suit the uk?

Are there any US tyres that do work over here?

most U.S. based tracks are dirt/clay type...so theres no real cal for the tyres we use in the uk as our tracks are mainly grass and astroturf,more suited to the shumacher/ballistic spikes.

other european tracks are like the U.S. tracks and again use losi type tyres..its just a case of using the right tyre for the track nothing else really.
