Default Procat gearing

Anyone know what gear ratio I should be using when running a saturn 540 motor?

I know it is sacrelidge putting one of those motors in the car but I think the 540 class at York is the only real chance I'm going to get to race the old dear.

It does !!

That was roughly what I was thinking, but means I need to find around a 38 tooth 64dp pinion. Not sure the motor will fit in then so perhaps its a smaller gear i need to track down.

i think thats what came with the kit but I think this was based on a modified rather than stock motor. Who in their right mind would have bought a procat back then and stuck a 540 in it

I can check what I'm running on mine wit the 19 turn in if it'll help? From what I remember it is the smallest spur I could find and the largest pinion that would fit (with a bit of transmission fettling)
