Hi,
I've got a couple of these packs, product code [TP49002S] with clear plastic seal intact but no BRCA (or EFRA) stickers.... Are these BRCA legal, the product code is the same as on the BRCA list? Thanks Martin

Ok, so I'm trying not to jump the gun here but assuming the glued case is the only difference, how can a glued case be an issue if the shrink wrap is still intact?

the eb felt if the end user (you) were to remove the heat shrink then the case can be opened, with a glued pack you have to destroy the case to get to the internals, thier exact reason as to why this is safer i dont know.

the brca legal lipos cases are glued so you can't tamper with the cells, or even change the cells to something thats not legel that could have an advantage so you have to destroy the case if you want to get in but then your lipo is void from brca events, theres also the safety side too for you so you can't get in and possibly have a big fire explosion!
