Is there a stick radio that is compatible with spektrum rx ?

Is there one? i want to try a stick radio see if i like it i would like it to be compatible with spektrum receiver. is there a such thing?

I would buy cheap stick radio with thier own receiver... to do it if someone recommend otherwise
