Default X6 CAD drawings?

Anyone have access to X6 CAD drawings? A friend of mind is a suspension / chassis engineer and has done work in F1 and world rally. He's offered to do some calcs for me, but need some accurate chassis & suspension dimensions / measurements.

Anyone?

Cheers,
Scotty P.

I don't think it would generally be considered good practice to spread that sort of stuff about.

Chazz & Paul may not think it ace

You'd really need to get your own parts and work from them to make your own mods.

You misunderstand Stu.

I'm talking about calculations to determine optimum suspension settings on the X6, such as oil weights, spring stiffness, shock positions etc. Also optimum positions for ballast. There is a lot of work being done on this in all camps (AE, Losi, Kyosho etc) with the light weight set ups now possible with lipo.

Understand however if such drawings are not made openly available. Just means I'll have to break out the verniers!

Cheers,
Scotty P.

Thx Matty. Our tracks in Aus are NOTHING like what you guys typically run in the UK so your set-ups are largely useless... sorry. We're a little closer to the US, but usually not as high traction, or as smooth.

Applaud what you guys are doing in the UK though. Clearly it's working and X-Factory are getting some very good results.

Cheers,

you know what you need to do... get many springs, pistons, washers, lead weight etc and take some good days at the tracks you wish to race on to try lots of different setups, all part of the fun of racing don't go all touring car like with the verniers and calculations for optimum super setups, you never know what works best till you've tried it all

I raced an X6 in Australia - it was ACE
Definitely a bit different to what I'm used to tho.
