witch ones are used most i have cobalt blue #72 and dark blue #68 rears and silver #70 fronts what other should i get

Get some lime green fronts #75 and silver rears #70 along with the ones you have that should be all you will need.

How do these compare (rate wise) to other springs? Losi, Ass, Schumi etc?

Search for a spring chart I did in this section .... I measured them using a very precise spring tester at work along with Losi, AE and Yokomo springs ...... Also look on petit rc as Arno used the data on his table .... has more info based on manufactures stated rates.

I would say that it depends on what surface you're going to race on. Yes the springs above will be fine outdoors or on medium to high grip tracks, but I am not so sure about low grip. I'm going to start running much softer springs now indoors and see what I come up with.
